Return policy

Domestic Returns: Unused, unwashed merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt. The product must be intact and in the same condition as when you purchased it. Please email hello@farrellandcobrand.com to request a return authorization. Please return in the same poly mailer it was shipped it, by using the second adhesive strip. 

Domestic Exchanges: Exchanges will be processed by store credit and may be applied to another purchase. Standard return policy above applies.

International Returns/Exchanges: At this time we do not offer returns or exchanges for international sales. All sales are final.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. If your item is not approved due to signs of wear, we will not be able to ship it back and you will forfeit the item.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your credit card company and/or your bank, as there may be some processing time before your refund is officially posted through them. If you’ve contacted them and they do not see it as pending/posting, please contact us at hello@farrellandcobrand.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Sale items: Sale items or items purchased using a discount code of 20% or greater cannot be refunded. These items may be returned for store credit unless marked as "Final Sale". All international sales are final.

Shipping: We recommend returning in the same poly mailer your item was shipped in, by using the second adhesive strip. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping items over $75 consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for missing packages.
